Role Overview:

Kron has been a leading technology provider overseas for over 15 years. We are significantly expanding our presence in North America and are hiring for many roles to support this growth. This will be an exciting chapter in Kron’s history. As an Account Executive at Kron Technologies, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiations and closing deals. This role requires a dynamic sales professional with a passion for understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions. Success in this role will require a strategic approach, relationship-building skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with large territories and attractive quotas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Kron Technologies’ products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
  • Lead negotiations and manage the contract process to successfully close deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and webinars to stay updated on market trends and expand your network.
  • Domestic and International Travel required.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a B2B Outside Sales environment for 5+ years.
  • Experience in selling Identity, PAM, SIEM, Observability, or Cybersecurity Solutions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Hustle, Grit, Determination, and Eagerness to play a pivotal part in North American expansion. Start-up experience is a plus!
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools.
