Devrim holds a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Middle East Technical University.

She began her career in 2000 at Siemens Turkey, where she served as Proposal, Project, and Technical Sales Manager for large-scale telecommunications projects in both Turkey and Germany. She then worked as Regional Proposal Manager at Alcatel-Lucent Australia and HP Turkey, providing solutions to corporate clients for their telecommunications and IT service requirements.

With a strong focus on Project Management, Service Delivery Management, and Process Management, she continued her career at Atos Turkey as Project and Service Manager.

After serving as COO at GlassHouse Turkey for nearly seven years, she joined Kron in August 2025 and currently serves as COO.
