QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Role Overview:

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Kron Technologies, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts. Your primary role will be to identify and qualify new business opportunities by prospecting, engaging with potential clients, and setting meetings for the sales team. You will be the first point of contact with many potential customers, playing a key role in generating pipeline growth and expanding our reach into new markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to generate qualified leads through cold calls, emails, social media, and other methods.
  • Research and identify potential customers and key decision-makers in target companies.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers by tracking leads and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and position Kron Technologies' solutions effectively.
  • Set up meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to hand off qualified leads and provide detailed insights on prospects.
  • Stay updated on Kron Technologies’ products and services, as well as industry trends and market dynamics, to effectively engage with prospects.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage potential customers through multiple channels.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and meet prospecting goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • A self-starter with a positive attitude, able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles is a plus, but not required.
