Bora who was born in 1976, completed high school education at Ankara Atatürk Anatolian High School, undergraduate education at the University of Maryland & Marmara University Business Administration department, and master's degree at Istanbul Bilgi University Management Information Systems.

Throughout his career, he has worked in sales, channel, relationship and business development teams at Paşabahçe Cam Sanayi, Demirbank, HSBC Bank, Ricardo Fuentes e Hijos S.A., Savunma Teknolojileri Muhendislik (STM), Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, Koçsistem and Experian.

Bora Dönmez joined Kron team in May 2024 as the Sales Director responsible for the Public Sector and Financial Institutions. Bora speaks English, Spanish and Italian.
