Sinan Dumlu


Born in Ankara in 1967, Sinan Dumlu received BSc from Istanbul Technical University (ITU) in Control and Computer Engineering Department.

He started his career in 1988 as Software Engineer at Bull Eltek, then joined Interdata as Sales Executive. He held various management positions at Internet A.Ş between 1993-1998. In the same period, he worked as a board member at Neteks that he was one of the founders.

At the beginning of 1998, he started to work as Country Manager at Bay Networks Turkey. After the merger of Northern Telecom and Bay Networks, he was appointed to Nortel Networks Netaş as Assistant General Manager for enterprise and internet service providers.

In 2004, he became Managing Director of Avaya Turkey, one of the AT&T spin-off companies. When he left Avaya, he was the Regional General Manager of the Eastern Mediterranean Region consisting of 11 countries.

At the end of 2015, he was appointed as General Manager of EMC Turkey. After the merger of Dell and EMC companies, he became the General Manager of Dell Technologies Turkey. 

Before being appointed as Netaş CEO, he was the Sales General Manager at Netaş.

In addition to his numerous articles in the field of information and communication technologies, he also published a book called 'Sırkatibi and Musahip' on his family's 200 years history.

He has memberships in organizations such as; TUBISAD, Board member of Istanbul Technical University Alumni Association, Advisory board member of Yeditepe University Computer Engineering Department, Jury member in IMI Contact Center Awards.
